Daniella Ochoa

Daniella Ochoa is a Top 3% real estate agent in the Triangle and a member of the Terra Nova Team at Compass, one of the region’s most established real estate teams with over 30 years of local experience. Recognized as a Triangle Real Producers Top 500 Agent for 2026, Daniella brings a modern, data-driven approach to buyers and sellers across Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, and the greater Triangle.

A Triangle native, Daniella has lived, studied, and worked across Cary, Durham, and Raleigh, giving her a rare, full-market perspective rather than a single-area lens. She combines deep local knowledge with the support of Compass’s award-winning technology and marketing platform, allowing her clients to make confident, well-informed decisions in a competitive market.

Before entering real estate, Daniella worked as a technology consultant at IBM in Washington, D.C., specializing in data analytics and project management. Along with her Mechanical Engineering degree from Duke University, this background informs her strategic, detail-oriented approach to real estate. Her own experience relocating from a major metro gives her particular insight into the needs of clients moving to or within the Triangle.

Daniella is known for her clear communication, strong advocacy, and thoughtful guidance throughout every stage of the transaction, helping clients make confident, well-informed decisions. She works with a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, with particular expertise in luxury properties and new development across the Triangle. 

Outside of real estate, Daniella loves running, discovering new restaurants, and enjoying relaxed weekends in Historic Oakwood, often spent enjoying leisurely walks with her husband, Adam, and beloved rescue dog, Luna, or exploring the neighborhood's vibrant food scene. She is deeply committed to giving back to the community that raised her and currently serves as a member of the Duke Board of Directors and the Cary Academy Alumni Board, supporting institutions that have played a meaningful role in her personal and professional journey.
