Danielle Collica

Danielle Collica focuses on the South Florida and Hamptons, New York markets. Originally from New York City, Danielle specializes in single-family homes, condominiums, and new developments. She works with both local Florida clients and New York–based investors, leveraging her strong New York-to-Florida network to connect buyers with opportunities across both markets.

Danielle has a background in property investment, having invested in homes on Long Island’s East End, where she spends her summers. This firsthand experience gives her unique insight into one of New York’s most desirable coastal markets. Her dual-market expertise allows her to help clients make seamless transitions between their homes in New York and Florida.

Prior to real estate, Danielle spent over a decade as a registered nurse, where she developed the care, trust, and attention to detail that now define her approach to every real estate transaction.
