"What can I say about Dani, she is patient with picky buyers, helpful, considerate and just an all around amazing broker and person. She helped me buy my first home in Windsor recently, and was super helpful with asking the right questions, inspections and guidance for a first time real home buyer. It was a very long search with evolving areas and needs, but was always respectful but honest in her feedback and knew my tastes. She also went above and beyond with design and other "post sale" recommendations on many items. She helps beyond her job, and I really have a new friend outside of real estate! I recommend her with all the stars in the sky!" - Florence

"If you need a property and a realtor who knows her stuff and if she has questions WILL ALWAYS FOLLOW THROUGH, Dani is your gal. We decided during the pandemic that we needed a little cabin as a getaway and got connected to Dani through our SF realtor. Dani listened, challenged us and had tons of helpful advice that she freely and frankly shared. Due to her tireless efforts, she helped us find our dream cabin in Guerneville in an extremely competitive market. When we breathe the clear air and relax on our deck while our 1 1/2 year old grandson holds court, we have Dani to thank for this little slice of paradise." - Margaret M.

"Danielle is great. She helped me buy my first home and made the process so easy and seamless. If you are looking to buy or sell in Sonoma County I would definitely recommend her. She is familiar with all areas in Sonoma and very helpful when it comes to finding you the perfect home. Had an excellent time touring homes with her and had many great conversations. She's extremely professional and hardworking. A great realtor and company to work with." - J C

"I highly recommend Dani. I was looking for someone who was honest and real. Danielle works hard, listens, loves open houses and makes even good houses look better with her taste. Even better, She is not afraid to say "I don't know, but I will find out." and then follows through. Lastly, she is fun. Buying and selling a house is stressful. What can be better than to work with someone who is fun and capable and will fight for my interest?" - Lisa

"My wife and I had been looking for a home in Petaluma for over couple of years, some from Ross, and one renting in Petaluma. We tried several realtors and no luck. We met Dani at an open house and for the first time found a kindred spirit that we could BOTH agree on! We ended up with our first house in the COUNTRY after living in the City (SF) for three decades, the Suburbs (Ross) for one more.
Why did Dani work out for us?
* First and foremost Dani had a wonderful personality that meshed with each of us. For my bride it was attention to detail and demystifying some of the new things about living in the country. For me me it was sense of humor, her chef background, and having a contractor’s perspective on what was easy or expensive to fix.
* Second, Dani had a very pragmatic perspective on what to give on and what to push on in the negotiation, and what we could and could not do to be in line with real estate law in Sonoma County.
* Lastly, her after care was off-the-charts good. She found us local contractors (painter, wood floor refinisher, etc.) who were really good AND much less expensive than the ones we would have brought with us from Ross. She also found vendors for the normal inspections, and the country-specific ones like well and septic, etc. and managed them all and then “translated” their reports to be understandable to new-to-country-living folks like us. And she left us with a book of the local services like everyone else, but also gave us a CALENDAR of when things had to be done for maintenance and to be Sonoma County-legal.

"We met Dani at an open house and loved her right away. Right from the start she worked hard for us and was very easy to work with. She is very genuine and has great positive energy; always made herself available for my endless questions; was super enthusiastic about places she found for us. She's very honest and down to earth. We had an unusual situation and she was able to say "I'm not sure about that. Let me check with the expert on that subject in my office and get back to you". So much better than wrong info. Thanks, Dani. After we closed we had another issue. She spent a lot of time researching a solution, worked with the insurance and seller to reach an agreeable resolution. She also gave us some great local knowledge about Petaluma." - Cheryl

"As a first time home buyer, Dani made an intimidating process seem achievable. Dani's warm and friendly personality is infectious and helped put our worries at bay. Her understanding of the Petaluma area and knowledge of homes available guaranteed that every house hunting outing maximized our time together. When choosing homes to walk through, I could tell Dani not only understood our home needs but our personal style. Dani amazingly choose houses that were the perfect balance of my boyfriend and my two very different likes and dislikes. Dani also worked with our extremely hectic and irregular schedule. Dani not only ensured that we felt comfortable with every step of the house hunting process, but she went out of her way on many occasions to enable a smooth transition for us into our new home. There is no way we could have gone through this process without such a great and dedicated realtor. Dani went above and beyond throughout the whole process. I can't imagine buying a home without her!" - Lauren

"I was recommended to Dani La Noire from my last realtor who had moved on from the area. When I connected with Dani, she listened, gave helpful suggestions and immediately returned all my phone calls. She was always ready to meetup at a property and do any prompt calls to other realtors. I appreciated that she takes her time to examine any property and not rush into any decision making. She will go to the Building Department to examine any document and gingerly look through paperwork. She also reaches out to contractors if there are questions on work that had been done on the property. Buying a property is an exciting time and you want someone that will match your enthusiasm. You get a sense that Dani really enjoys her job and likes helping people. Home buying is a special time and you want someone right there by your side returning your phone calls and understanding your needs. She is driven, caring and focused without forgetting your needs and wants for your dream home. I will definitely be using her in the future." - Nancy

"I really lucked out when Dani became my real estate agent. When we first spoke on the phone, I felt there was a nice rapport between us--she was warm and friendly and seemed eager to help this older woman new to Sonoma County. It wasn't an easy task, as at first I wanted to live in or near Sebastopol and very little inventory was available. However, she persevered and we would go see this place and that. She was very flexible as my priorities changed (several times), because she sees the process of house hunting as a learning process--each house brings you closer to knowing exactly what you want. Certainly it worked that way for me and Dani was supportive every step of the way. Along the way she gave me sound advice about any flaws or pluses I might not have noticed about the houses we saw and the times I made offers on possible houses, she or her colleague Keely Ferguson advised me on how much to offer; both times I would have gotten the house had other issues not changed my mind. I got expert guidance and support all the way and finally ended up with my dream home. Dani has my highest recommendation!" - Willow

"Dani is an amazing person to have in your corner. I just went through the process of purchasing my first home and couldn't have done it without her. She was a great balance of information, support and reality. After touring a few different types of homes she helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted and then told me to be patient and we would find it. She did not continue to push me towards anything else even though inventory was limited. With her guidance I ended up with the home of my dreams. She is fun to be around (especially while touring). And, she is always available via phone, text, email to talk through things. After moving in a few items have come up with the house and she's still just as happy to pick up the phone and answer my questions. She's a true relationship builder which is so important in real estate and in Sonoma County. I could not recommend her enough to help you find your dream home!" - Shayna K.

"I highly recommend Dani! She was on it from the first time I called her. She answered her phone and after a 10 minute call she had a general idea of what I was looking for. She immediately starting sending me a variety of listing to get a better sense of what I was looking for. She made herself available on my schedule to look at houses and was honest in her review of it was a good house or not. Since I was a first time home buyer I had many questions and hesitations. She was patience and honest with every question and house we looked at. Dani walked me through each step in making an initial offer through the close of the house. After I had the keys in hand, Dani continued to follow-up with me to see how I was doing and provided a lot of leads on contractors, handymen, paintstores, etc. that I was looking for. She is a rock star realtor!" - Kiah B.

"We've actively sought to recommend Dani a few times. A differentiating part of our home search with Dani was that she pushed us to really grapple with what we said we wanted and why to ensure we were making the right choices for what is a huge decision about your life and home. It was instrumental in us reaching the decision to buy and then we saw Dani's negotiation skillset, which is an art form in itself. She invests in people and balances wants and needs of all stakeholders to get a deal. For us, that meant we got the house we thought was out of reach, way above our expectations, at a price we could afford with a set of relationships built with everyone in the deal that felt good. It's impossible to imagine how we could've achieved all of this with anyone else." - Dan G.
