For over two decades, Danielle has invested in both personal and investment properties. She has owned homes at various price points and has even built a custom home. She intimately understands the joys and pains of home ownership — including how hard it is to sell a home you love — and can identify potential issues with a property as well as opportunities from being a homeowner and investor.
