Daphne brings a wealth of skill, experience, and professionalism to residential real estate, offering expertise across a range of disciplines. A resident of the San Francisco Bay Area since 1983, she has lived primarily in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and Atherton. Daphne holds degrees in Architecture and Interior Design, along with a pre-med minor in Science.
Before joining Compass, Daphne spent over 25 years as a broker associate with Alain Pinel Realtors, Intero, and her boutique real estate firm, Royale Properties. She has also worked in real estate-related fields, including appraisal and design, further expanding her knowledge and expertise.
Daphne has extensive experience appraising both residential and commercial properties, collaborating with underwriters from major insurance companies. She has appraised over 2,600 high-end homes and 200 commercial properties across the San Francisco Peninsula. Additionally, Daphne has worked as an architectural designer, specializing in residential renovations and additions from San Jose to Atherton. Her education at the Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan, Italy, and her involvement in a retail design project for a renowned Italian fashion house further enhance her design experience.
In addition, Daphne spent over a decade as an office manager at a business law firm on the mid-Peninsula, specializing in serving the emerging growth and venture capital community. This role honed her skills in managing, organizing, and coordinating complex office operations.
