Dario Medina

Dario Medina is a seasoned real estate professional with a diverse background spanning residential brokerage and management, property management, residential and industrial development, and entrepreneurial ventures. Early in his real estate career, he closed over 100 residential transactions, including complex short sales and foreclosures. His customers were impressed, rating him with high NPS scores along with glowing reviews. At Redfin, he held senior leadership positions running the Chicago market and the Great Lakes Region. In his District Manager role, he managed a $40M P&L, in which his teams regularly exceeded revenue, profit, and attrition goals. As a residential developer, Dario successfully rehabbed a three-flat in Pilsen and a single-family home in Mount Greenwood. Both projects delivered impressive returns to their investors. On the investment side, Dario and his wife, Candace, own Airbnb vacation properties in Fontana, WI, and Naples, FL. They also own two long-term rental properties in Chicago. They’ve managed these properties for over ten years and are always looking for other exciting investment opportunities. As a general partner at Quality Point LLC, Dario played a pivotal role in the acquisition and redevelopment of a 378,000 SF industrial building in Asheville, NC. The team at Quality Point converted an owner-occupied manufacturing building into a multi-tenant value-added investment opportunity. Through capital and tenant improvements, project and property management, and an aggressive lease-up, Dario and the team drove a 50% increase in value within the first year and a half of ownership. With a strong foundation in customer service, financial analysis, operational efficiency, and relationship building, he is committed to delivering exceptional results in real estate for his customers and investors. Dario holds a degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois - Champaign/ Urbana and an MBA from the Fordham Graduate School of Business (Deming Scholars Honors Program.)
