About Darion

Originally from Bakersfield, California, Darion began his career in middle-market finance, spending five years as a credit and financial analyst before transitioning into CRE relationship management. In 2023, Darion and his wife relocated to Middle Tennessee with their two baby boys and two golden retrievers, embracing all the charm and opportunity the area has to offer.

A graduate of Wright State University, Darion earned a Bachelor of Science with a minor in Accounting while balancing his studies with the demands of pitching for the Division I Raider baseball team.

Today, Darion is a Compass real estate agent and business broker with Nashville Business Brokers. He specializes in commercial real estate, FSBOs and expired listings, while also helping clients assess business values and navigate acquisitions and sales. Known for his exceptional work ethic, Darion’s approach to real estate includes cold calling and door knocking, where he connects with over 200 property owners weekly to create both on-market and off-market opportunities for his clients.
