In 2010, he earned his real estate license to further streamline the process for himself and his clients. A Philadelphia native, Dave is a proud graduate of Germantown Academy and attended college in New England. He currently resides in Lafayette Hill with his dog, Matilda. Deeply rooted in the Chestnut Hill and surrounding communities, Dave grew up playing hockey at the Wissahickon Ice Rink and tennis and golf at the Philadelphia Cricket Club. He remains active in the community he loves.

When he's not helping clients find their dream home, Dave can be found hiking in the Wissahickon with Tilly, giving back to his community and empowering others to do the same.
