David Rich, in addition to being a real estate agent, is a real estate, probate and estate planning attorney, which gives him deep experience as an expert negotiator and trusted advisor helping clients with their real estate transactions. David’s love for real estate and his passion for helping clients smoothly navigate real estate purchases and sales led him to become a Realtor®. David’s experience as a transactional attorney, litigator and mediator gives him unique insight into the negotiating process and his experience as a real estate attorney allows him to spot issues for his clients in their real estate deals. David grew up in Denver and has lived in Boulder since 1996. He has a B.A. in English Literature and Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Colorado at Boulder. In his free time, David likes spending time with his wife Kristin Kalush, their children who are in 5th and 7th grade, and skiing, mountain biking, trail running and fly fishing.
