I launched my real estate career in 1999 as a commercial broker and quickly expanded into residential and investment properties at the request of my clients. Over the years, I’ve learned that real estate is never just about property—it’s about people and the life transitions they’re navigating, both exciting and challenging. My mission is to listen, guide, and deliver creative solutions that make every move as seamless as possible.
Clients describe me as thoughtful, honest, resourceful, and approachable. Whether I’m helping first-time buyers achieve the dream of homeownership, advising investors on flips and renovations, or negotiating top-dollar returns, I approach each relationship with empathy, attention to detail, and persistence. My process always begins with understanding what matters most to my clients, so I can tailor a strategy that truly fits their goals.
I’m proud to call Old Town Erie home, where I enjoy the character and history of its properties. Personally, I’ve renovated nine homes—ranging from 60 to 130 years old—including three churches. Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about adventure and community. For more than 30 years, I’ve competed in triathlons and adventure races, including nine national and four world championships. My family and I also love exploring Colorado’s mountains, rivers, and trails, and I regularly organize humanitarian trips to developing countries to share the joy of service with others.
