Born to Taiwanese parents and raised in Brazil, Dave’s upbringing spanned a farm, the city of São Paulo, and later the Amazon. He moved to New York in 1985 and eventually settled in Miami in 1992. This global journey shaped his work ethic, cultural sensitivity, and people-first approach. Fluent in English, Taiwanese, Portuguese, and Spanish, Dave brings a rare ability to connect across backgrounds, generations, and perspectives. Regardless of price point, Dave provides a highly personalized and hands-on experience for his clients. He works closely with sellers to understand their goals, craft a tailored marketing strategy, guide staging and presentation, and personally oversee photography, virtual tours, and every detail from listing through closing and beyond.
