With his background as a communication therapist and speech pathologist, Kevin Dalton brings a uniquely human-centered approach to real estate. Before entering real estate, Kevin built and led a thriving, independently owned speech pathology practice, where he honed his entrepreneurial skills and his passion for helping others navigate life’s meaningful transitions. He graduated magna cum laude from Hunter College with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropological Studies and a Master of Science in Communication Disorders—credentials that speak to his lifelong commitment to communication, connection, and excellence.

A lifelong New Yorker and proud product of two generations of Brooklynites, Kevin has called Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, and Downtown Brooklyn home. He knows and loves the borough’s distinctive charm—from its tree-lined streets and vibrant parks to its world-class restaurants and eclectic mix of local experiences, whether pottery, pilates, or axe throwing. Helping clients find their place in this ever-evolving landscape is both his passion and his privilege.

Outside of real estate, Kevin’s interests reflect his creative and community-minded spirit. He is an active member of the New York City Gay Men’s Chorus, an avid theatergoer and performer, and enjoys running and weightlifting. He shares his home with his husband, a successful interior designer, and their 14-year-old dachshund, Gordon.

Deeply rooted in the fabric of Brooklyn, Kevin embodies the very spirit of the borough he serves. His blend of local expertise, professional experience, and personal warmth makes him the ideal partner for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in this city.
