  David’s principal occupational interests outside of real estate have been in entrepreneurship and finance. Previously, he sold a broker-dealer firm he owned and operated on Wall Street to a publicly traded company, and subsequently specialized in municipal bonds and small business financing in Florida. This distinctive perspective benefits buyers and sellers of high-end properties. In all undertakings, David sets an elevated standard, and then challenges himself and those around him to exceed those expectations.
