Earning his MBA, and attending NYU for graduate work in Industrial Psychology, David (a native New Yorker) held executive level sales, marketing, and business development positions with some of the country’s most competitive and heavily regulated Fortune 100 companies. Taking an early retirement, David moved to Nashville where he raised American Quarter Horses on his 70+ acre farm.
With a private pilot’s license, David then headed West where he landed in Palm Springs, CA for several years until discovering Rancho Santa Fe, CA. There he finally found his nirvana home (after having bought and sold over 17 different personal properties).
Now David is poised to bring his own personal client experiences to “the other side” by joining the sales team at COMPASS as a Rancho Santa Fe specialist. David has lived his life in “the client’s shoes” having bought and sold successfully, as well as experienced challenging transactions. David’s laser-focused real estate skills are sometimes mis-translated as “coloring outside the lines” in order to achieve his clients’ goals. But, what he actually does for you is… move the lines!
