A true Nashville native growing up in Franklin, TN, David has been excited to watch and play his part in Middle Tennessee's growth over the last 20 years. As a fourth generation real estate practitioner and coming from a long pedigree of builders and developers who helped shape the city across East Nashville, Green Hills, Brentwood, and Franklin, it was a natural step to continue in the family tradition. Well versed in the urban landscapes of the city, David is equally equipped and excited to serve beyond the city's highrises and chic, central neighborhoods, all the way to luxurious lakeside estates and charming farms that grace the Middle TN landscape. As an avid traveller, David loves to employ his experience trotting the states and countries abroad to foster opportunities for Nashville's growth and to relate to his clients relocating from all over the country. As team leader of the The One Group - Nashville team, David oversees day to day operations of the team, team client management, as well as personally serving a steady book of new and existing clientele. David resides in the 12 South neighborhood, with his son Burton and his standard poodle Jean Claude.
