David Bourdette has a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve the American Dream. He became a Realtor in 1998 and was licensed as a Broker in 2002. David has been involved in all aspects of the business including New Construction, Luxury Condos, Vacation Homes and Commercial Transactions, and Real Estate Management.
Working for Major New Home Builders for many years my goal is to help you the buyer work with Builder Reps to both guide and make sure you have a great purchasing experience and that the Builder does what was promised in the Builders agreement. Remember that the Builder Representatives work for the Builder while I will be working for you.
