David Burnham

I was originally born in Cincinnati, Ohio (Go Buckeyes), moved to Florida in 2003, and I never want to leave. I love the easygoing, laid-back lifestyle that Southwest Florida offers, and I think you will too.

I graduated in 2016 from Wheaton College, a Christian liberal arts school in Wheaton, Illinois, receiving my B.A. in Business/Economics. I am a fourth generational pastor's kid; my father is currently President of Burnham Ministries International, an international Christian leadership training organization. While I chose not to enter full-time ministry, the mission to serve others is near and dear to my heart.

I started in the real estate business in 2015 while still in college, and immediately fell in love. You will regularly hear me say that I have the best job in the world; I absolutely love what I do. Since then, I have participated in hundreds of buy and sell transactions, flipped homes, and managed rentals. I strive to treat each client with the utmost respect, and each transaction like the undeserved privilege that it is.

In my free time, you can catch me enjoying the beautiful beaches and boating waters of Southwest Florida, our world-class golf courses, or hanging out with my best buddy Carl, a two-year-old golden doodle.
