David Cauchi

David is multifaceted real estate professional who leverages his experience as an attorney, real estate broker, planning commissioner and business owner in assisting a broad array of clients. David has over 32 years of real estate experience in his tool belt which spans residential, commercial, development and land use. Born and raised in San Mateo (a graduate of Aragon High School), David literally knows San Francisco and the Peninsula like the back of his hand. Be it “The City” or any other city down the Peninsula, you can count of David’s in depth knowledge and understanding of the local market and it nuances. With his background as an attorney (Santa Clara University), he is a skilled negotiator who works to deliver unparalleled results for his clients in all areas of his practice. Having grown up in a real estate family, David knows the meaning of customer service and he delivers it consistently to his clients. While not working with clients, David is an avid cyclist and swimmer and can be found in the local pools and on local roads. With his son now living in NYC, he and his wife have time to enjoy the Northern California area they call home.
