David has sold over a combined 500 units in 171 Columbia Heights (The Standish), 110 Livingston St, 265 State St (The Boerum), 80 Riverside Blvd (The Rushmore) and 100 Riverside Blvd (The Avery) making him an expert in these buildings among many others in Manhattan and Brooklyn’s most desirable addresses. David’s achievements were recognized by the developer of The Boerum (265 State St) where he was chosen to sell the last 20 units. Both David’s new development projects (the Boerum and the Standish) were the fastest selling buildings in Brooklyn.
