About David
A top agent and an expert in the luxury market, David De Leon uses his expertise and wide ranging experience to ensure his clients achieve their real estate goals. His constant research into and strong understanding of prevailing market conditions — both macro and micro — keep him in sync with local real estate trends.

Fluent in English and Spanish, David grew up between Key Biscayne and Nicaragua, then went to college at Boston’s Suffolk University, where he double majored in Finance and Entrepreneurship, spending a semester abroad at the Universidad San Pablo-CEU in Madrid, Spain, and another at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic.

A member of the Miami Association of Realtors® and currently a resident of Brickell, he enjoys traveling, networking, and sports, particularly playing basketball and coaching youth teams at the Key Biscayne Recreation Center.
