Fluent in English and Spanish, David grew up between Key Biscayne and Nicaragua, then went to college at Boston’s Suffolk University, where he double majored in Finance and Entrepreneurship, spending a semester abroad at the Universidad San Pablo-CEU in Madrid, Spain, and another at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic.

A member of the Miami Association of Realtors® and currently a resident of Brickell, he enjoys traveling, networking, and sports, particularly playing basketball and coaching youth teams at the Key Biscayne Recreation Center.
