"We were searching for a realtor to write an offer for a , yet had no idea how to go about finding one. I randomly contacted one while perusing a real estate website and voila! We found David, who proved to be our champion navigating the absolutely INSANE Oakland real estate market. Though that ended up receiving 23(!!!) other offers, David offered us the wisdom that the universe will decide which home is meant for us. We completely agree.
