About David
A native Washingtonian, David uses his intimate knowledge of DC to help his clients find their perfect home. He reflects his own extensive experience as a real estate consumer and investor back to his clients because he's been in their shoes and understands how to turn property acquisition into a solid stepping stone to wealth.

During his previous career as a documentary filmmaker, National Geographic photographer, and International Election Observer for The Carter Center, David worked in over 50 countries and had over 40 mailing addresses on three continents and several U.S. states. He always comes back to DC, the place he knows and loves best, and he's been back this time for over 20 years.

After buying and selling four DC homes with the Mandy and David Team, David realized that his love of property had transformed from a personal hobby into a genuine passion and he jumped at the opportunity to work with them.

In his spare time, David enjoys traveling to his vacation homes in North Carolina and the Venezuelan Andes. With his global perspective and local expertise, David Evans is the perfect choice for an agent to help you find your place in the world.
