With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry as a broker, investor, and property manager, Dave Faigin is a seasoned professional with a high level of proficiency in all aspects of real estate. As a pioneer of the PNW short term rental industry, his natural next step was to become a real estate broker, helping clients identify and acquire successful investment properties. After selling his vacation rental company in 2016, Dave shifted focus to real estate full time while continuing to invest and renovate properties of his own.
