With over 12 years of experience in real estate, David has acquired broad experience in various facets of the business. He previously worked alongside a major South Brooklyn developer as an ’s representative, handling everything from land acquisitions to funding, pre-development planning, development/project management, design, sales, and marketing. Among his accomplishments, David out a 40- building in the pre-construction phase in a record-breaking three months!

David’s understanding of building and an eye quality are invaluable to his clients, who benefit from full-service guidance in all their deals. Prior to his involvement in residential and commercial real estate, he worked in the mortgage and sales industry, which gave him an insider’s perspective on real estate financing.

David is a New York City native who lives in South Brooklyn with his wife and children. He speaks fluent Spanish as well as English, and enjoys staying active through basketball, golf, dancing, and socializing.
