David joined what was then known as "Urban Compass" in 2015, making him one of the first 100 agents at the company. Recruited by both big and small commercial firms, David instead followed his entrepreneurial spirit to Urban Compass, then only a residential brokerage, to start a new commercial business from scratch and grow it his own way.

Commercial is a 24/7 365 business, but in his downtime David is a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is working on his Black Belt. He can also be found relaxing and reading at his upstate house on 17 peaceful acres with no neighbors.
