He holds licenses in both Arizona and California, is an Associate Broker, and has earned designations as a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), reflecting his deep commitment to serving older adults and their families through major life transitions.

Originally from San Francisco, David is a proud graduate of Northern Arizona University. Before returning to Arizona, he led a successful career in radio station management with leadership roles in Houston, Tampa, Oklahoma City, and Pittsburgh. Today, David lives in Phoenix with his partner Jennifer and their three sons, Christopher, Kyler, and Caden and their rescue dog Koda.
