David held multiple executive positions in the high tech market for more than 30 years. In his roles as VP, SVP, EVP and CEO, David concentrated in the areas of sales, marketing and customer support/customer advocacy. This sales & marketing experience lends itself to helping you with the sale of your current property and the purchase of your next property. Customer advocacy experience makes taking care of his clients a natural process for David.

Clients and business associates of David describe him as creative, dynamic, personable, tenacious, passionate and hard working. He brings a "results oriented" strategy from the high tech market into the real estate marketplace.

David earned an undergraduate degree in Finance from Santa Clara University and went on to the MBA program there as well. He is a member of Silicon Valley Association of Realtors as well as MLSListings (the largest San Francisco Bay Area multiple listing service), CAR (the California Association of Realtors) and NAR (the National Association of Realtors).

David "knows" Silicon Valley, having moved here as a child. After living in Almaden Valley for a number of years as a young adult, he moved to Saratoga where he has been a resident for more than twenty five (25) years. David and his wife, Mary, are the owners of Out of the Envelope, in Los Gatos, which Mary operates (after raising seven children). Also, they are active participants in the communities of Saratoga and Los Gatos. David serves on the Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

He has built and remodeled a number of homes in the area and can assist clients with not only remodeling and building ideas, but also has an extensive contact list of remodeling contractors.

David joins a group of distinguished real estate professionals who are all part of the most sophisticated and technologically advanced marketing firm, specializing in distinctive properties and estates. When David began his real estate career, he was Rookie of the Year closing 17 properties in his first year.
