David Hardt

David is a fluent Spanish speaker, born and raised in Eagle Pass TX, a small town on the southwest border. After graduating high school in 1992, he attended Texas A&M University in College Station. In 1998, David made the move to Austin and has never looked back! Once in Austin, David worked as a general manager at a popular local restaurant for the next 10 years, where he gained invaluable customer service experience. It was there he actually met the love of his life, Danielle, who was attending The University of Texas in Austin. They married on Halloween 2002, and two years later, they bought their first home and David's love of real estate began. Licensed in 2008, David became a Realtor® because he truly loves helping people. He always puts his client's needs before his own, and their satisfaction is his TOP PRIORITY! He really listens to his clients and is responsive to their needs. His goal is to ensure that their experience is comprehensive, informative, and enjoyable—whether buying, selling, or leasing. David truly believes in his fiduciary duty to provide his clients with honesty, fairness, and advice, and he follows that mantra to the letter. When not serving his clients, you can find David and Danielle on their acre of land at the edge of Hill Country in West Hays County with their two dogs and three cats—all rescues! David enjoys relaxing with his wife in the outdoors and cooking. Whether it be hiking, camping, golfing, hunting, or smoking a brisket for his friends, David is always up for entertaining and making sure everyone around him is having a fantastic time. Aside from being a dedicated husband and full-time Realtor®, David's titles include: Type-1 diabetic, Master Mason at Onion Creek Lodge #220, and ordained minister! (Fun fact: He has officiated over 20 weddings to date! And all he charges? A bottle of whiskey and that his wife gets to attend!)
