Dave has been involved in real estate since moving to Colorado in 2001. Dave’s combination of technical knowledge, proficient problem-solving, and communication skills provide his clients with a competitive advantage and a trusted advocate when making decisions regarding their real estate needs.

Prior to real estate, Dave worked in the design world as a consulting structural engineer. A graduate of Clarkson University in New York with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees in Civil/Structural Engineering, Dave has extensive experience designing residential and commercial structures. Dave has been a partner and a principal in development projects in the greater Denver area and Crested Butte and has a thorough understanding of both ground-up and remodel projects that he can leverage to his client’s advantage.

Dave enjoys taking advantage of Colorado’s great outdoors whenever possible. He is an avid cyclist and backcountry skier and also enjoys backpacking and camping. He lives within the Meridian Lake Meadows neighborhood of Crested Butte with his wife Jennifer, daughter Abigail, son Carter, dog Baxter and two cats, Clawhammer and Sydney.
