For 21+ years, David has specialized in representing luxury residential sales and new construction spec development in Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Santa Monica, and Malibu. Born and raised on the Westside of Los Angeles, his profound insight and understanding of L.A.’s prime coastal neighborhoods along with his network of clientele, friends, and co-workers, has distinguished him amongst his peers as one of the top local listing brokers. Prior to real estate, David was a prominent and successful health and fitness industry entrepreneurs in the country. It all started in 1991 with being a highly sought-after celebrity personal/private trainer. He then co-founded Liquid Architects, the first company in Los Angeles that specialized in the design and implementation of high-end designer-done home gyms. David also co-founded Critical Mass, the acclaimed one-of-a-kind private studio/gym and personal training brand. Both Liquid Architects and Critical Mass were groundbreaking concepts and also instrumental in transforming L.A.’s fitness scene in the 1990s.

The quintessential California native with a penchant for adrenaline sports, David raced motorcycles and was a top-ranked SoCal Sport Kart racer. He’s also an avid MotoGP fan and now enjoys track days on his Husqvarna FS450 Supermoto. A lifelong Angeleno, David grew up in Beverly Hills, where he attended Beverly Hills High School. David and his wife Dawn currently reside in Malibu after living in Pacific Palisades for 15+ years. Their daughter Madison and her fiancé Justin reside in Pacific Palisades.
