Prior to real estate, David was a successful health and fitness industry entrepreneur and highly sought-after celebrity personal trainer. He founded Liquid Architects, a company that designed high-end boutique home gyms, and Critical Mass, an acclaimed private gym and personal training brand, both of which were instrumental in transforming L.A.’s fitness scene in the 1990s.

The quintessential California native with a penchant for adrenaline sports, David raced motorcycles in the late 1980s, was a top-ranked Sport Kart racer in Southern California and an avid MotoGP fan. A lifelong Angeleno, David grew up in Beverly Hills, where he attended Beverly Hills High School, and now lives in Malibu. He’s a grateful husband to his wife, Dawn, and a loving father to his daughter, Madison.
