David Khachatryan

David is a dedicated real estate agent with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Known for building strong relationships and genuinely caring about his clients, he makes the entire buying or selling process smooth and stress-free. 

With a background in insurance and law, David brings a unique mix of skills to real estate. He holds a degree in Business and Finance, along with a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Being fluent in both English and Armenian, he uses his experience as a Senior Insurance and Risk Analyst to negotiate the best deals for his clients and investors. 

His time at a law firm also gave him an inside look at how finance and law connect with real estate, giving his clients an edge when navigating the complexities of the market. 

When he’s not working, David is passionate about fitness and always on the lookout for his next investment opportunity. He enjoys spending time with his significant other, trying out new restaurants, and hanging out with his golden doodle, Richie.
