Since 2009, David Koon has built a reputation as a trusted real estate consultant, known for his integrity, professionalism, and personalized service. Based in Old Town Scottsdale, he leads a dynamic team of 15 agents at Compass Arizona under the banner of The Calibre Group. Before transitioning to real estate, David had a successful career in systems administration at Wells Fargo Bank, where he oversaw vault and ATM systems nationwide. This background sharpened his project management skills—critical to managing the many moving parts of a real estate transaction. He also founded and operated a restaurant wholesale supply company, managing a sales team that served both well-known local chains and independent establishments throughout the Valley. David is known for his ability to quickly understand clients’ needs, align them with market opportunities, and manage every stage of the process with precision.
