Dave has had vast experience in representing sellers and buyers in his 30+ years of real estate experience. He has been a licensed real estate agent in Rhode Island since 1984, owned and operated his own multi-office real estate company on Aquidneck Island for over 25 years with his wife Jennifer, winning many tops producing awards every year.

Dave has deep relationships with senior-level investors in the institutional and entrepreneurial real estate community. These relationships have developed through a strong track record of previous sales. As a landlord who manages his properties, including recently renovating a turn-of-the-century home, Dave understands the value of your assets in your investments.

Commercial real estate is Dave’s true passion, though is highly skilled and educated in both commercial and residential fields, having serviced hundreds over the years. Whether it be a first-time homebuyer or a high-end investor, Dave’s efforts do not differ. He works diligently for all clients and is always on call to service their needs, as his countless satisfied clients can attest.

When not working, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters, Alanna and Julia. His other personal interests include taking care of his koi ponds and chickens, swimming and paddleboarding at the beach, and golfing.
