David Liu

Born and raised in the Bay Area, David Liu embodies the future of real estate professionals. Wielding a background in construction and engineering, he brings a unique perspective to help every client achieve their real estate goals. Prior to his career in real estate, David worked as an electrical engineer at a startup with over one billion dollar valuation. Since he was in high school, he has worked as an electrical apprentice with substantial hands-on experience in wiring and electrification of residential homes. David graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering. During his time in college, he also worked in the Materials Research Laboratory with running experiments in battery recycling. With his ambition and rare perspective, David is the perfect candidate to help any client purchase or sell property.
