About David
After a 25-year career in Theatre and TV, David turned from producing for the BBC and ITV Drama to a second act in luxury real estate, and brought the same high standards and eye for detail with him.
Now, the British-born Realtor is a Founding Agent of Compass Arizona, specialising in luxury homes across Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Phoenix. He brings English humour and deep market knowledge to every deal — keeping clients informed, calm, and occasionally laughing through even the most complex transactions.
David is the co-lead of the MacLean Newcombe real estate team, part of Compass's exclusive national Private Client Network serving high-net-worth clients seamlessly across the United States and beyond, and co-leads the Brits of Compass. A nationwide Compass affinity group highly conversant in cross-border transactions.
When he's not helping clients, you'll find him cycling, behind a camera, or mentoring high school students on the ULI Urban Plan program.
