David is a native of Northern Virginia. He attended Bishop O’Connell High School in Arlington. He is a graduate of James Madison University (BS in Biology/Pre-Medicine) and George Mason University (Master’s Degree in Public Health). He has worked as a financial public health analyst for the Department of Health and Human Services.
He currently resides in Vienna, just a few steps away from Tysons Corner.
