David is a fifth-generation Washingtonian with an extensive knowledge of the city and its suburbs. He loves all that the region has to offer and has always had a natural ability to help people. Real estate was a natural fit for him. During the course of his 10- year DC commercial real estate career, he developed a proficiency in real estate contracts, finance, and project management. David made the move to residential real estate to combine his mastery of DC metro neighborhoods with his passion for helping and connecting people.

His candor, proactive drive to meet clients’ needs, and ability to anticipate potential issues set him apart from other agents. David grew up in Potomac, Maryland, and currently resides in Capitol Hill. In his free time, he enjoys hosting friends for dinner, organizing group travel, and exploring the metro area’s evolving dining scene.
