About Dave
Dave began his real estate career in 1995 with an industry leading national home builder where he gained progressive experience in sales and management through a series of promotions leading to increasing levels of responsibility. In 2013, he brought his talents to a nationally recognized real estate team where he led the company in sales units and sales volume in his first full year. His sales achievements, leadership skills, high customer satisfaction levels, and previous management experience led to his promotion to Chief Operating Officer in June 2015. Over the next 3 years, Dave navigated the growth of the team as it became 2018ā€™s #1 real estate team in the United States. Today, Dave his proud to lead the Scranton Home Group of Compass, helping is buyers navigate the exciting process of buying and selling their homes throughout Maryland.

Dave grew up in Catonsville and Ellicott City. He is an alumnus of Mount Saint Joseph High School and earned an Engineering degree from Virginia Tech. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family.
