About David
With over a decade of experience in real estate, David has played a key role in raising $86 million for the Solaris Residences project in Vail, Colorado, and has helped facilitate $66.6 million in sales within the building. In 2013, he launched Elevation Resort Management LLC (ERM), a property management company specializing in short- and long-term vacation rentals, which has booked $31 million in reservations to date. Holding real estate licenses in Colorado and Wisconsin, David brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Southeastern Wisconsin. After moving his family back to Milwaukee in 2021, he’s excited to help clients navigate the local market with the same dedication and excellence that have defined his career.
