David Sirzyk

As a proud Atlanta native, David has cultivated an extensive understanding of the city's dynamic real estate market, spanning from resale properties to new home construction. His journey in this field began after completing his bachelor’s degree in real estate from The University of Georgia and furthering his education with a Master's degree in Construction Management from Georgia Tech.

David's career in real estate is built on a foundation of clear and professional communication, an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, adept negotiating skills, and a track record of consistently exceeding client expectations. In 2014, he joined forces with Inna Eidelman to establish Sirzyk + Eidelman Group. Four years later, in 2018, David and Inna expanded their vision by partnering with Mike Toltzis to create the SET Real Estate Group.

In 2016, David was recognized as one of the Top 30 under 30 realtors by Realtor Magazine in the United States, a testament to his passion for real estate and his commitment to delivering outstanding results for his clients. David's dedication to excellence has earned him a coveted place in the Atlanta Board of Realtors' Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club for the past ten years. In 2024, David will receive the Phoenix Award presented by the Atlanta Board of Realtors for ten consecutive years as a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club.

Additionally, David is an active member of the Atlanta Realtors Association Young Professional Network, where he engages with fellow professionals and contributes to the industry's growth. David believes that it is a privilege to serve the Atlanta community and be a part of its vibrant real estate landscape.

When not selling real estate, David is married to his beautiful wife, Sarah. They have three kids: James, Nellie, and Sullivan "Sully", as well as three dogs, Zoe, Wren, and Beebo "BeeBee." David and Sarah are very active in their community as well as their philanthropic endeavors.
