David Son joins Paradigm Advisory as Chief of Staff bringing over a decade of New York City residential real estate experience. He has served as a trusted advisor to many of the world's most discerning clients from people in entertainment, high-level executives to royalty. Having participated in over $350 million in real estate transactions, David combines proven results with a strategic, data-driven approach. 

Throughout his career, David has worked across multiple facets of the industry, from luxury resales to high-profile new development projects. His solutions-oriented mindset and ability to navigate complex deals is a testament to his strong work ethic and honest practices. 

 As Chief of Staff, David brings extensive knowledge to Paradigm Advisory and works in tandem with Scott and Mark on client maintenance, research and data collection. His deep understanding of the nuances of New York City real estate paired with a refined, discreet approach to client service continues to distinguish him in the field. 

Originally from Orange County, California, David pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Boston University. Having been in New York City since 2010, David now resides in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Outside of real estate, he enjoys traveling, exploring the city and staying active.
