" We had the BEST experience working with David and Laura! My husband and I were living in LA and moving to the Redmond. We took a trip up to get acquainted with the area and David and Laura took us all over – showing us neighborhoods and houses, and giving us the low down on what to expect from each area. We didn’t find THE house that trip, so while in LA David would tour houses with us on FaceTime. He had taken the time to really listen to our desires and concerns, and would point out things in the homes/neighborhoods that corresponded with those. When we found a house we loved, we knew we needed to move on it quickly! Their team worked hard to close the deal and make it happen for us before entering a bidding war or losing the house – and for that we are so thankful! During escrow we hit a few hiccups – the selling agent was a bit difficult, as was our loan officer – but their team handled everything in the most professional way. Ultimately we closed without any major issues and we are currently living in our dream home! David and Laura were kind, patient and friendly in every email, text and phone call.
