Dave is dedicated to excellence and uses his real estate knowledge of 30 years to assist, service and represent his clients with the utmost care, David Tonna was proud to announce his affiliation with Alain & Pinel Realtors®, Los Gatos on August 11, 2006. APR has since joined forces with Compass Real Estate.

He was invited to join this group of distinguished real estate professionals who are all part of the most sophisticated and technologically advanced marketing firm, specializing in distinctive properties and estates. integrity, honesty, and loyalty.  He displays expertise in all aspects of real estate including first time home buyers, probate and corporate relocation.

His involvement as a director for the California Association of REALTORS®, 2014 President for the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS®,  and currently remaining active on his local association by participating in many committees, 2016 California Association of REALTORS® Regional chair, this enables Dave to stay on top of real estate trends and changes. In addition, Dave was named the 2016 REALTOR® of the year by his peers of the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS®. He also serves on the Santa Clara County Assessors Appeals Board.

Having moved to  Silicon Valley 41  years ago with his bride, raising 2 children, now and currently enjoying 5 grand children, Dave is well established in the area formally known as the "Valley of Heart's Delight."
