David never pressured me to make a decision and always spoke up if he had any structural/safety concerns during walk-throughs as he also has a background in home-building so has a good eye for seeing beyond the cosmetics of a property. The market in CO is extremely competitive and for a first-time home buyer, it is very intimidating. Like most home-buyers, I put in a few offers before I landed a house, and on each offer, David communicated with the seller's broker to understand their needs and goals and then worked within my boundaries to be able to always put forth competitive offers. He walked me through that process carefully each time, wrote detailed and competitive offers that always put us into consideration and I never felt bad losing out because I knew David had put me in the best position every time. There's always something you do not control in those situations, like competing with all-cash offers, or dealing with sometimes 20+ other offers, so it was comforting to know David did everything possible and put me at the top of the list each time. Once my offer was chosen on the house I now own (!), the closing process was clear and straightforward. David walked through that process with me every step so that I always knew what closing deadline was coming and how to stay on top of everything so that we could have the transaction go through without a hitch. I'm really happy with how David represented me and impressed with how passionate he is about helping people find their homes.
