About David
Priding himself on honesty, loyalty, and integrity, David is passionate about helping his clients accomplish their goals, stopping at nothing to ensure their needs are met. A South Florida resident since 2007, David operates with full transparency, providing his clients with up-to-date market knowledge and highly personalized, white-glove service through every step of a transaction.

Having previously worked as a designer in New York City for the likes of Tommy Hilfiger, Anna Sui, and the president of the CFDA, David brings a varied skillset and a keen eye for quality and design to real estate. Whether buying or selling, David recognizes the real estate process can be challenging and strives to make the experience as seamless and successful as possible for his clients. When bringing a home to market, David creates custom-tailored marketing plans, including professional photography, drone videos, extensive social media campaigns, and both print and online advertising, aimed at reaching the highest number of qualified buyers. A skilled negotiator, he consistently garners top dollar for the properties he represents.

Hailing from the Midwest and currently residing in Delray Beach, David holds tightly to the ethics and values he was raised with, treating all clients as if they were family. David has traveled all over the world, from the Taj Mahal to the Great Pyramids of Egypt and the Lions of Kruger National Park. Through his travels, he has gained a glimpse into the many different cultures and traditions of the world, giving him the ability to connect and interact with a vast amount of people. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Design from the prestigious DAAP, where he graduated top of his class.
