Davis purchased his first house when he was 24 and immediately started renting bedrooms out. 8 years later, when his wife needed an office space he decided to jump into real estate investing and purchase a small commercial office building in Groton. This then turned into running a property management company and real estate investment company.

They are Midwest transplants, however, they have been residing in New England for almost 20 years. David and his wife live in Waterford with their two dogs Hunter and Sadie. They have been married for close to 10 years and enjoy food, wine, craft beer, and traveling.
