Davide's career began in construction management, specializing in acquisitions and renovations. His transition to sales was a natural progression, driven by his attention to detail and ability to connect with clients on a personal level. Throughout his career, Davide has facilitated notable transactions across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Westchester County. They include The Lantern House; a record-breaking sale for a penthouse condo duplex at 507 East 80th Street, a development in Carroll Gardens at 527 Court Street, offering parking; and a converted condo at 349 Hoyt Street. Additionally, Davide has overseen projects such as a rare Queen Anne brownstone condo off Central Park and an architecturally designed, gut-renovated townhouse at 164 Sterling Street in Brooklyn.
Originally from Rome, Davide now resides in Westchester County and manages personal investments in various New York City neighborhoods. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, cooking, and exploring cultural activities.
