Dawan, a meticulous professional with unparalleled attention to detail, has always been captivated by the multi-faceted intricacies of real estate. His first introduction to the industry came from his grandmother, who relished interior design by designing the homes of family and close friends. In college, Dawan was reintroduced to real estate, serving as an advisory consultant for a multi-family real estate development company headquartered in China, where he masterfully developed their business and management operations. Today, leveraging his diverse experience, Dawan has become a real estate advisor with a laser-sharp focus on optimizing efficiency and effectiveness. 

Dawan’s tenacity and unwavering persistence have earned him a loyal following of satisfied clients who trust his expertise. With a personal commitment to lifelong learning, Dawan strives to educate his clients to enable them to make the best decisions based on their unique experiences. Raised in New York City, Dawan attended the renowned Harlem School of the Arts, where his passion for creative arts, specifically dance, was developed. His combination of technical expertise and creative vision enables him to push boundaries and produce results that are analytical in practice but from the perspective of an artistic lens.

After returning to the Bayou City in 2008, Dawan later attended Texas A&M University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Geographical Information Science and Technology. He currently resides in Third Ward, where he has a deep appreciation for the architecture of the homes in his neighborhood. As a volunteer member of the Emancipation Park Conservancy, Dawan is passionate about giving back to the community he loves. He enjoys dancing and discovering the unique features of the Houston landscape that are often overlooked. What Dawan loves most about Houston is that it is a haven for new opportunities, just as it was for his family over 40 years ago when they moved to the city.
