Chris Brooks, a Brazilian native, first started in real estate in Brazil and for 10 years she worked in sales, marketing and was a commercial director of a TV show about the real estate market.
Chris studied in Michigan and lives in Florida for over 20 years. She is married to Fred Brooks, a landscape artist, and is a mother of two wonderful daughters.
When it comes to clients, Chris believes in a holistic approach. She considers herself a spiritual person and is a firm believer in understanding desires and the energy of her customers.
She credits her success on her ability to sense what is right for her clients and respect of people’s timing with a non-aggressive approach.
She is proud to say she does not have clients she has friends for life!
Chris owned Chris Brooks Realty a real estate company for more than 10 years. Founder and owner of 'Le Club Concierge' and CEO of an APP Mikaza Sukaza, two companies created with the wellbeing of their clients in mind making sure they get the best of their properties with no worries and optimal service.
